Hello Class: :D Regarding The Final Project and Theory WorkBook -Quiz and Presentations

**It was very inspiring to hear your FIRST String Family Choices for the Final Project !!

1) Please be ready for a short QUIZ on Wednesday, Nov. 1st regarding "The Treble and Bass Clef "

( I hope you took notes during todays class, as I suggested

The Final Project

1) Easch student needs to Choose a total of THREE String Family Instruments ( one for each remaining week of this semester )
2) Look for listening examples of each of these instruments - showing it being played in three different genres
3) Make sure you include relevant information such as : famous "makers" of the instrment , the best players, some history -
famous songs /pieces that feature your chosen instrument ( Such as a guitar concerto or Hawaiian Uke Melodies etc...
4) Include special successful YOUTH PROGRAMS around the world where your chosen instrument has been "donated" to deserving
middle school/high school students- with special needs or because of economic crisis situations!
5) Be ready on TUESDAY, OCT 31st to present your first string family instrument

***We Begin class presentations on TUESDAY ( Halloween)
with : Sitar, Cello, Guitar and Ukelele

PLEASE REVIEW AGAIN :

The Final Project
